DRP Pool -> improve vDisk copy delete function and progress

Deleting a vDisk copy in the DRP pool can be a long process if the copy is compressed or deduplicated. Unfortunately, you can not figure out how long it will take. This would require a display in the GUI and a command on the command line. During the deletion of a copy in a synchronously mirrored vDisk, redundancy is lost for a long time. This can only be handled with a split. It would be good if the delete command offers this possibility, ie a split of the copy to be deleted and then the deletion in the background. This makes it possible to create a synchronous copy in another pool immediately.
