Possibility to create unique SCSI IDs by automatic LUN mappings for a host in an entire SVC cluster

today each IO group in a SVC or storwize system is a unique Storage Device for the hosts, therefore a SCSI ID (LUN) can be doubled for a host in an cluster. Some Hosts have a problem with this behavior, e.g. VMware or you can run into problems if you like to switch the IO group for a vdisk if the used SCSI ID is already in use by that io group for that host
