Provide encryption support to M2 internal disks to allow failed disks' removal at very large bank

In case of a failed M2 disk in large bank or other information sensitive company, the lack of encryption support for internal disks prevents returning failed disks to IBM for repair because large banks command retaining all non encrypted disk in the bank. Supporting encryption for M2 disks (like for DS8000) for SVC and FS9110 arrays would comply w/ the bank security regulations, simplify failed disk return process and reduce program cost for the client as failed disks are invoiced to the client by IBM.
