Flexibility to connect SVC for Public CLoud to any Cloud Provider

In the SVC User Group, we had a conversation with Michelle. In working for the Federal Government, we have franchise customers who have a desire to decide their own Cloud provider, but then utilize us to provision and configure storage for them. We would like to be able to service them in a combination of SVC and hybrid cloud compatibility. We would like to agnostically be able to provision in both our onsite cloud and the public cloud in order to give our customer the most flexibility possible.
