Notification for offline volumes after the stop of FC mapping

When a FlashCopy mapping is stopped the target volumes (in case it is not 100% synced) goes offline. If a Spectrum Control server is monitoring the system, it sees offline target volumes in the same way as any other offline volumes regardless of the reason they went offline.
To create a new point-in-time copy using the same target volume the user must stop and then start an FC mapping. If this is a day-to-day operation, Spectrum Control sends the alerts every day, even though the operation doesn't cause any problem. When there are a large number of FlashCopies, the mailbox becomes flooded with these messages. Turning this notification off can cause the user to miss a real alert about the offline volume. It would be very useful to have some separation of the alerts based on the reason of going offline (at least because of stopped FlashCopy).
