Multi-Tenant management support inside Spectrum Virtualize (SVC)

SVC supports Delegation of Control (Role Based computing) of Functions, but not of Data/Objects. A user in a certain role, can work with all Objects, also those created by other users.
This RFE request the introduction of additional functionality to restrict access of SVC users not only to functions but also to Data/Objects where these Functions interact with.

Such functionality would be helpful for many other cloud cases - when a central shared Spectrum Virtualize cluster manages storage for various applications and environments: Spectrum Virtualize should have the ability to logically be partitioned into one or more independent “containers”, each with its own assigned domain administrator(s). This approach would allow for secure isolation of the logical entities - domain admins/ APIs shall be able to manage only the subset of objects they own, but not the entire storage landscape.
