RFE 73: Connect Storwize devices to real time security audit logging and monitoring system

There is a requirement for all devices to connect to an external real time logging and security monitoring system.
currently I have to offload the audit log periodically.
This is not ideal as it is not real time and is susceptible to log wraparounds
My preference is that this data should be sent via the syslog service
In addition ; the audit log does not record good and failed logins

This is already logged on developerworks as 46472
