Improve ACL on IBM storage - svc, v7000, ds8000, a9000

Improve the access control on storage devices i.e SVC, V7000 to prevent any not ethical attack to the storage infrastructure or increase the level of security and number of groups within the svc or any storage devices.
At the moment, there are single authentication, security admin and admin. I am not sure what is the difference between both apart from change or create users. The authority of both are the same to delete mdiskgroup which can cause a huge disruption if misused. I suggest double authority, or higher level of security to prevent this from happening. An optional to add such extra level of security might be useful to choose to implement or not.
