Change how SVC GUI pool percentages are calculated

Currently, the SVC GUI calculates pool utilization (volumes by pool section) by utilized / virtual capacity. This gives you a false sense of utilization because if you're overprovisioned, you will hit the physical capacity and the pool will go read only...yet the GUI may be only reporting 80% utilized.

The GUI needs to calculate utilized / physical capacity.

As an example, we have a pool that has 82.03TB of physical capacity. 69.41TB is utilized and we've provisioned 128.74TB worth of thin volumes. The GUI currently shows the pool is 53% utilized (69.41/128.74 = 53%) whereas in reality, the pool is 84% utilized (69.41/82.03).
