IOPS throttling for child storage pool level - multitenancy support for SVC

Working on a complex project in UAE. A new storage infrastructure is planned based on SAN Volume Controller and multiple tiers on backend storage : DS8K, V7K, V5K.
This is a cloud environment comprising of VDI and PMC domains, where storage, network and systems are shared between tenants by principle.
Storage is shared using SVC and the new child storage pool capability provide an efficient feature for capacity segregation between tenants and applications. An IOPS control on child storagepool and/or priority levels is a natural approach for limiting the IOPS of various workloads agains contention in a multitenant environment.
