Check for "detected hardware needing activation" to the SAN Volume Controller Software Upgrade Test Utility

Sprint. We recently performed an SVC upgrade from 6304 to 7109 on CG8 nodes. We overlooked the fact that these nodes had the 10G cards in them. As the upgrade was completing we started receiving the node error 841 for detected hardware needing activation...This requires an additional reboot, for which we did not have time left in our maintenance window. The upgrade also took longer due to the 10Gig card being installed as noted in the release notes.
We always run the latest SAN Volume Controller Software Upgrade Test Utility and it would be very useful to have this utility check for unactivated hardware so we would know ahead of time and not be surprised during the upgrade.
