SVC/V7000 GUI call home paging

The SVC/v7000 GUI when a drive fails, the unit calls home and pages as it should. However, the drive most of the time cannot be replaced immediately for several reasons such as waiting on parts, rebuilds, or better time of day. What happens is that the unit continues to page after the first 12hrs and then once a day after. This is not desirable. After the first page and call home it would be desirable if we could acknowledge the page or call home. We do not need to continuously get paged on something we already know about.
