svc remote copy initialization enhancment (no zero block replication)

On setting up a new remote copy relationship the volumes have to be synchronized initially. On large volumes (1TB and above) that are replicated over a long distance this can multiple days even if the source volume is thin provisioned and hardly used. This seems to be due to the fact that the unwritten blocks are being replicated too and discarded on the target cluster. It would be a great improvement if only blocks that contain data are actually being replicated.
