Add DST flag to timestamp in Perfstat files

A small but helpful cleanup change: Could you please add the Daylight Savings Time (DST) Flag to the Timestamp in all 4 performance statistics filetypes (Nv, Nm, Nd, Nn)? End of October countries like Germany (TimeZone 360) have a negative clock change and due to this always see the same Timestamps for two real hours twice and have no chance to automatically distinguish between both.

Can you please add GMT (UTC+0) to the drop down for the time zone. The current GMT selection is for London which goes to BST during the summer and is not GMT during this time.
