SVC RSA/IMM

Customer would like to monitor the hardware failures, like power cable cut situation, similar to other xSystem server via RSA/IMM interface.
In pmr it was stated, that this feature was not tested and that way it is not supported.
Implementing that feature could make it possible to receive alarms from the SVC node of unusual power failures or memory bank errors.
Our customer has two maximum configuration of SVC clusters in two unattended computer rooms.
