IBM SVC request for path count on mdisks

Hi,
we're using XP24000 storage, and LUN's from XP24000 are presented to SVC, where they are used as Mdisk's.
Each LUN/Mdisk is presented via 4 different ports on XP24000 storage.
However, when checking Mdisk, it only shows 2 available paths (from 1st detected controller, aka port on XP24000).

What we would like is ability for specific Mdisk to see which possible alternate path it can use (so, in our case one Mdisk should show possible 8 alternate paths), and ability to see which controller (aka port on XP24000) is currently using.

You can also check discussion on mentioned PMR - 37493,704,704 - regarding this issue.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Storage
Product - IBM System Storage SAN Volume Controller (SVC) / Spectrum Virtualize

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - Tivoli
    Product family - Storage
Product - IBM System Storage SAN Volume Controller (SVC) / Spectrum Virtualize

We understand the problem described. We do not have any near-term plans in place to be able to resolve it. This RFE tool will allow for resubmitting in a year or two if you so desire. We appreciate the input and do wish we could place a higher priority on this work item. In the meantime we hope you can work through the duplicated views of these select storage controllers for the purposes of your health-checks. We also recommend you look at trying the IBM Virtual Storage Center http://ibm.co/H0Ckqb
