Visual notification in case of SMTP problem

If, for any reason (misconfig or network problem), SMTP server is not reachable, the Node display shows 2600.
2600 : 009150 Unable to connect to SMTP (e-mail) server
The GUI main page shows "all green". It's only when the customer digs into to the panels of errors and notification that he sees there is a problem with his SMTP.
This should be highlighted more visibly in the GUI main page (orange, yellow, informational... whatever) and an SNMP trap sent out.
For now, the machine is aware of an issue (hence error logged and displayed on panel) but the customer is not made aware of it without him taking initiative.

    We added an active alert indicator on the GUI health status in 7.2.0 that resolves this request.
