V7K - Failure of command to unmap or delete a LUN identified with I/O (sys4736)

The V7K should be able to prohibit a LUN from being unmapped or deleted should there be any I/O. Although, there still could be a need to remove a LUN from a clustered server group (removing a server from the cluster). We would like the option to force the command if we have such a scenario.

    Development has sized this and created a design. We are attempting to capture it (and the 3 other similar RFEs) in an upcoming release.
