Rebuild used extents with DRAID

The current design in DRAID is rebuild all of exents,even most of extents don't have real data.
Customer hope to DRAID can support optimize mode that only rebuild used space.With optimize mode, rebuild time can be shortened significantly. This is very important to high capacity DRAID.
In addition, system should allow customer to change rebuild rate on demand so that customer can accelerate rebuild rate in any time.

    Sorry, that was posted to the wrong one! This looks like the earliest RFE for this concern.

    This looks like a lazy build option perhaps. The pro is faster completion time, but the con is that the new drive is not full-media certified. It would definitely need to be an option set on an mdisk rather than a new default, but it does make sense.
