V5030 RAS improvements

My customer had an incident with a V5030 machine in which one of the 2 controllers (canister) failed and it impacted the performance. They opened the PMR 41653,100,838 and after the logs analysis IBM support decided to restart the canister to solve the incident.

After solving the incident the customer requested an RCA and the Lab was not able to provide it:

"Node2 went offline at 08:38 on 11th March and it remained in this state until the canister was reseated two days later (13/03 18:50).

Logs show that there were no Storwize code heartbeat events (node trace) and no Linux activity (messages file) during this period. There were
also no memory parity errors.

Unfortunately, it looks like the node died without leaving clues in any of the logs. There are no dumps to analyse. Therefore, it will not be
possible to provide an accurate rca. "

The customer wants to improve the RAS of the machine so in case a new failure is experienced we're able to analyze its cause and react accordingly.
