Generate dpa_heatxxx-file without having EasyTier License activated

System: Storwize V3700/V5000/V7000 EasyTier and Storage Advisory Tool
Actor: Customers who want to calculate the IO by the Storage Advisory
Tool to judge how to utilize SSD drives for EasyTier.

Currently customers who want to decide whether or not to use the
EasyTier functionality of the Storwize products, can judge the IO
behavior by using the Stats Advisory Tool. To generate the file
(dpa_heatxxx.data) which is needed for the Advisory Tool, the EasyTier
License is needed. Without the EasyTier License the dpa_heatxxx-file
cannot be generated.

Description: Customer is asking to make it possible to generate the
dpa_heatxxx-file without having the EasyTier License bought, because
the evaluation of the dpa_heatxxx-file will be the basis for the
decision whether or not to buy the EasyTier License
