Burst option for I/O throttling

Hello developers,
we have some problems with implementation security standard in our bank customer. He requested in contract that we have to implement protection against hackers also on storage level. He found that he can do DOS attack agains Storwize via high load on volumes. It cause overload of cache and also it add load to Buses and cpu etc. It can be solved via i/o throttling, but here is also problem. Customer have in DMZ servers which produce sometimes higher load than normal. It means that we can't use normal load as limit for throttling. The best solution is burst time. I know it from lan, where we can implement it.
