Enable to set threshold when error drive is offline on V7000

On customer's V7000, a disk drive reported transient errors "Drive medium error" (ErrorCode=1321) for several day, and finally turned to offline.Before turned to offline, disk I/O delayed, so customer's application got error and end user couldn't use application for 18 minutes.
After the drive was offline, while RAID reconfigured, customer's application didn't got errors.

10/11 ErrorCode=1321 : Drive medium error
10/13 ErrorCode=1321 : Drive medium error
10/16 ErrorCode=1321 : Drive medium error
10/18 ErrorCode=1321 : Drive medium error
(application got errors)
10/18 ErrorCode=1685 : Drive offline due to excessive errors << drive was offline and RAID reconfiguration started

If disk drive turned offline earlier, customer's application didn't got errors because of I/O delay.
So customer would like to change "threshold" when to turn drive offline which issued transient error.
We know the threshold logic is not opened, so we need not know the correct logic, but would like to control the time to turn drive offline.
