SyncMirror rate value does not make sense.

During volume copy i was working with the Mirror Sync rate value once again.
The value can be set from 1 to 100.
Most people would say that would be 1 to 100%.
So the value 50 would be 50% of the total available mirror sync rate speed.
But that's not true. value 50 stands for 2MB/s and 100 will be 64MB/s

Please make the selection more clearly. And give some information about the impact on the system.

    Another problem: in some situations 64 MB/s syncrate upper limit vould be not enogh. This value should be modified by the administrator, like the Remote Copy connection bandwith.

    Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
    Brand - Servers and Systems Software

    For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:

    Product family - Storage
