Management IP address failover on eth port failure

IBM V7000 7.1.0.2
Problem description:
We have V7000 controller with configured eth1 port on both nodes. Also Service IP is configured on those ethernet ports.
During the test we simulate ethernet port failure with disconnecting ethernet cable from configuration node (where GUI is running). After that we can not access management GUI anymore as failover is not started. Service access GUI is working on remaining node and we see error 724 on node with no ethernet port, also we get warning event on mail with „Error ID = 71724 : Fewer ethernet ports operational“.

Same behavior we see on SVC hardware running 7.1.0.2.
