V7000 to have options to better handle battery recondition issues

The customer requirement is to ask adding options to bypass battery failure, do not shut down V7000
Description: When aggregated battery power less than 37%, V7000 will gracefully shut down to avoid accidentally cache data lost. But this will lead to a potential risk of Single Point of Failure every 90 days during batteries' discharge testing. And the window would be around 8 hours, which is hardly to be accepted by clients.

From client's view, data lost due to both AC input lost is really an accident, should not blame IBM; but V7000 shut down due to batteries'' problem, is purely IBM product design & quality issue, IBM should be blamed because application stopped or impacted by V7000.

Almost all competitors' LE & HE storage arrays support "bypass battery failure" option:
- EMC VNX: 1. Write cache disabled or 2. Go on working without disable write cache or 3. Shut down;
- EMC VMAX: 1. Alert client but go on working or 2. Alert and shutdown after 1 hour
- LSI DCS3700: 1.Go on working or 2. Shutdown
- HDS VSP: More than two batteries, each cache board has a battery, multi cache boards support redundancy
All these products have Meta data in write cache, since Thin Provioning or Virtualization used. Clients can choose the optional settings during new installation
