V7000 Spare Capacity distributed among disks in array rather than dedicated hot spare.

I think that the V7000 would greatly benefit from having distributed spare capacity rather than dedicated hot spares. The XIV benefits greatly from this and being that it's IBM's product, I expect it would be easy to get out there from a legal perspective. This would let all arms be used for I/O, speed rebuild time and help with the "configure for capacity" vs "configure for performance". The drawer size is 24, which was leaving everyone with 7+P, 7+P, 6+P, HSP in each drawer. Implementing this would allow for larger array sizes, more even distribution of IO and build of arrays. With the DS3500 supporting this now, it would only make sense to have it in IBM's midrange, highly visible storage box.
