Allow manual input of Storage Insights Tenant ID in system setup wizard (FS9600 9.1.2.1)

Current implementation of FS9600 system setup wizard (9.1.2.1) requires internet access for the browser, apparently only for retrieving the customer's Storage Insight Tenant ID to be used in the subsequent underlying "chcloudcallhome -sitenantid xxx" command.
The SI Tenant ID is easy to obtain if already using Storage Insights. The "chcloudcallhome -sitenantid xxx" command itself can run via the already configured cloudcallhome proxy connection.
Assuming limited internet connectivity on mgmt/jump servers in datacenters, please add option to input the SI Tenant ID manually during system setup wizard, to eliminate the need for browser internet access during system setup.
The existing workaround using Callhome exception key seems cumbersome, unnecessary and a bit overkill if the cloudcallhome proxy connection is actually in place.
