Event notification – Host login and logout from the fabric

Event notification – Host login and logout from the fabric, currently SARB doesn’t receive any notification from storage subsystems for host login/logout from the fabric. This feature needs to be part of future firmware release as per customer request.

    Thank you for submitting this enhancement request. After giving the request a comprehensive review, we have determined that we cannot include it as a candidate in an upcoming deliverable. The storage system does not know if the host logs in or out; an issue in the fabric or a zoning change can cause us to lose visibility. However, the switch provides event notifications for host login and logout.
