Allow copy suspend of PBHA partitions

In a PBHA environment the partnership between Flashsystems can be stopped suspending the copy and then when it is partnership is re-started the copy resumes (no need to a full resync). It should be possible to stop the copy at partition level to allow more granularity.

    Hello Philip,

the ability to suspend HA would be mainly in case of performance problems. To isolate one of the locations and not have remote copy ongoing for a single partition and not for the whole partnership.

    Regards.

Thank you for submitting this Idea. We are currently evaluating your request.

Other than for debugging and support issues, can you describe why you might need to suspend HA on a partition?

    Thanks,
    FlashSystem Team
