Reset of "lsportstats -node port" error counters on IBM SVC.

We would be very pleased and grateful if you could implement the following requirement.
For troubleshooting and error analysis purposes, it would be very helpful if the error counters could be reset to 0 to see if various counters (CRCs, link resets, etc.) start rising again.
Currently, the counters can only be deleted when the node is restarted. This requires additional consultation with customers, as multipathing must be functioning, which in turn can lead to service impacts.

See monitoring software documentation for instructions: how to create custom rules, define thresholds, or use get_rate() to convert continuously rising error counters into per-second or packet-percentage rates

Thank you for submitting this Idea. Most monitoring software tools expect always-increasing cumulative counters, so changing it/resetting to zero will break most other monitoring tools.

In order to clear the alert or establish a new warning level, the monitoring software must be able to do the calculation or set a new baseline.

    Thanks,
