Snapshot and VG Snapshot Transparency to Expert Admins

Currently the VG snapshots and vDisk snapshots are intransparent on the UI and cmd for expert administrators. Snapshot Disk are hidden and can only made visible with certain commands on the cmd but not on the UI. Which Snapshot rely on which other snapshot is not visible at all and if a snapshot is in depending delete state you have to guess which other snapshot prevents the deletion. Experienced users schould see all the information for vg snapshots also in the UI.
