MS Authenticator is already a supported MFA option behind MS Entra ID and any of the MS domain service options. You need to delegate GUI SSO to MS, and then configure second factor.

MFA is a must feature from the security and compliance perspective.
This should be on priority now
Microsoft's DS SSO authentication is the way to go.
