Few IP Quorum ideas: Appliance, updated OS/Java matrix, IP Quorum application updates

1. Appliance.

It would be much easier to deploy IP Qourum as an appliance (for example OVF) or an ISO with simple wizard to install full OS and application.

Currently end user gets JAR file which has to be deployed somewhere and services (Windows or Linux) configured manually.

2. Supported OS/Java matrix.

Official article about IP Quorum seems a little bit outdated : https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/7013877 .

Why listing OS-es (and Java versions) which are past their EoS few years back (CentOS 6 ...)? What about other Linux OSes "close to" RHEL (ALMA, Rocky, CentOS Stream, Oracle Linux, etc.) and Ubuntu?

3. Currently when Storage Virtualize is updated, JAR should be re-deployed. GUI should inform/alert if any connected IP Quorum application was generated using previous SV and requires re-deployment or (even better) currently running application should be possible to update by clicking "update App" button in the GUI.
