Add ability to extend the expiration date/time of a stand alone snapshot, possibly by adding option to chsnapshot command

We create snapshots of single volumes that are not part of a volume group and not associated with a snapshot policy.

Here is an example:

addsnapshot -volumes my_volume1 -ignorelegacy -retentiondays 3

Today, if we need to keep the snapshot beyond the original retentiondays value, we have no way of extending the retention at the snapshot level. We have to recover the snapshot to a standalone volume and manually cleanup once we no longer need the volume.

We would like to have an option added to the chsnapshot command that would allow us to extend the snapshot time to expiration, such as -extendretention <num_days>.

Thanks for your consideration.
