Add GUI option to view, select and modify mirror write priority of Volumes

Currently it is not possible to specify the mirror write priority parameter in the GUI during Volume Creation. The system allows two options for mirrored volumes: latency (which is the default) and redundancy. In some customer environments it is crucial to have vdisk copies in sync at all times (eg. due to regulations), and the mirror write priority needs to be configured to redundancy. With the current implementation however the GUI always uses the default option, and a manual change using the command line is required to switch from latency to redundancy.
The request would be to add a possibility in the GUI Create Volume menu (under Pools > Volumes by Pools and Volumes > Volumes) to specify the mirror write priority for the creation of "Custom" volumes. In addition, there should be an Action added to allow the modification of this setting after the Volume has been created, as well as a column in the Volume view which shows the current parameter (latency or redundancy). Mirrored volumes are especially common in Enhanced Stretched Cluster configurations.
