Update OpenSSH in the SpecV / FlashSystem firmware to allow the sftp protocol instead of scp

Our managment servers are based on RHEL. Which will be upgraded to RHEL9 soon.

With RHEL9 the standard scp is depreciated.. (https://www.redhat.com/en/blog/openssh-scp-deprecation-rhel-9-what-you-need-know)

With updating the openssh version within the firmware, sftp protocol could be used under the hood of the scp command.

At this stage scp works with using the -O switch, but this could not be a permanent solution, especially if scp is switched at a later point in time.

This request should help to reduce discussions and security incidents caused by security scans due to the version of openssh.
