Per host PWWN data collection for IBM storage insights from IBM Storage Vritualise

The customer has a cluster of 5 hosts which uses a collection of 10 LUNS to get the production environment. When we see storage insights, the data collected is from the volumes in the storage and populated on the console. There's no data collected per host wwpn, be it IOPS or any other parameter.

In case of a cluster creating issues, we are not able to point it out if any particular host out of the entire cluster is creating trouble. However all other OEM's are able to do so.

The customer who is a large account with 50+ IBM storages finds it very difficult to troubleshoot IBM storage related issues as and when they happen. This is leading to DSAT and customer moving towards other OEM's for more procurement.

    This point is raised multiple times by two of our premier customers in Reliance JIO and  Bharti Airtel both of them have 30+ PB of FLASH install base combined. Going forward our business will take a hit due to unavailability of this feature since the customer operations team has escalated it internally till the SVP, CXO level and they have started asking basic questions about our products capabilities in reporting.
