We need the ability to convert a Thin Clone recovery into a Full Clone recovery.

While a Thin Clone is desired for testing of a snapshot recovery, a successful validation requires a second recovery of the snapshot in order to obtain volumes not dependent on the source volumes.  Without removing the dependencies, volumes with dependencies hang around in a pending status when they are deleted and continue to consume resources.  In the prior iteration of Safeguarded Copy we could change the copy rate on the FlashCopy mapping to accomplish this.  It would be beneficial to have this functionality pulled forward into the Snapshot based Safeguarded Copy.

    This is for Volume Group Snapshots. Add the ability to change a Thin clone to a Clone.
