Two Person Integrity for Restricted Admins

TPI for Restriced Admininstrators can be used to Delete Volumes. In that case you do not need to use a Security Admin (or Restriced Security Admin) Account to delete Volumes. 
So you could raise the Restriced Admininstrator to Admininstrator Rights for a defined time range.

Maybe you can choose the types of Rules you can elevate the Persons rights. E.g. You can decide maybe if he even get the Security Admin rights if there is any need to do it. But the Base rights are Restriced Admininstrator so you can not delete Volumes without that Raise whatsoever.
