This portal is to open public enhancement requests against IBM System Storage products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

To clarify: automatically mirrored snapshots for SVC stretch cluster is an enhancement to volume group snapshots in 8.6.0:
https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/sanvolumecontroller/8.6.x?topic=administering-managing-snapshots
Are you using volume group snapshots or traditional FlashCopy?
SCDM 2.2.21 in 3Q23 added support for SVC stretch cluster with mirrored volumes / mirrored volume group snapshots.
Follow Idea below for refreshing a thin-clone from a new snapshot:

Thank you for submitting this Idea.
Virtualize 8.6.0 added volume group snapshot support for mirrored volumes to enable SVC stretch cluster.
Latest CDM 2.2.20 added support for volume group snapshots, but it does not yet support stretch cluster. That will be coming in a future release.
https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/scdm/2.2.20?topic=whats-new-in-spectrum-copy-data-management-2220
Separate to CDM support, -incremental is a FlashCopy parameter and not supported on volume group snapshots. However, there is a related Idea for refreshing a volume group from a new snapshot (they use the term "rehydrate").
You can vote and comment for that Idea if you are interested:
