Collapse all option desired for GUI Volumes dialog

In the FlashSystem / Storage Virtualize GUI, the Volumes option lists three lines for every primary volume in a HyperSwap configuration.  Each primary volume has a 'twistie' to close the secondary line items, but all volumes are expanded on dialog open.

In a configuration of 1400 primary volumes this means a lot of scrolling to find the volume of interest even if using the filter option.

Client would like a collapse all button and/or configuration option to have the dialog presented with all sections collapsed on entry.

    Policy-Based HA released in 8.6.1 (3Q23) as replacement for HyperSwap.
