Compatibility matrix of Spectrum Virtualize - Automated process.

Customers always have a hard time to check the compatibility matrix each time they need to upgrade version of Spectrum Virtualize.

They need to do extensive manual workload to check the compatibility and they always complaining about it. Also customers saying the IBM solution is the only solution that needs this kind of manual work, other solutions have this in some automated or semi-automated way.

This work always take a long time to be done and sometimes act as roadblock to implement new functions that can help us to defend our solutions.

Please, can you evaluate the possibility of have some automated process to help customers verify the compatibility matrix?

    Are you referring to checking SSIC?

    When you say that other solutions have a more automated way of doing this, can you provide an example?

    I work with a HUGE Spectrum Virtualize Deployment and it would be a GREAT addition to the support tools.
