Add vdisk home tier option for provisioning policies.

Depending on the type of mdisk tiers in an easy tier enabled pool, newly created vdisks may have their extents placed on a non-preferred tier according to customer preference. For example, in a pool with tier0_flash and tier_nearline, new vdisk capacity is automatically allocated on the nearline tier first.

It would be nice to have this as an option in a provisioning policy so that a customer could override the default easytier home tier.

The current workaround would be to manually invoke mkvdisk with the -mdisk <mdisk list> parameter for each new vdisk. Provisioning policies seems like the perfect vehicle for this kind of provisioning customisation.

    Thank you for submitting this enhancement request. While we would like to implement all the Ideas we receive, for maximum transparency we are closing enhancement requests that don’t currently appear on our near-term roadmap. We may revisit this request in the future.
