misleading flashcopy status of change-volume in hyperswap cluster

In support we receive questions/concerns of customers on a regular base asking/complaining about the "stopped" status of change-volumes. This status is WAD after loss of synchronization btween the sites and resync of the hyperswap volumes.

On the GUI the "stopped" fcmap is labeled with an unnecessary attention flag. This flag cannot be changed/removed. As far as I know this also is not documentend /explained. This led the user to believe s.th. is not working properly.

    Delivered by Policy-Based HA released in 8.6.1 (3Q23) which replaces HyperSwap
