EasyTier migration operation behaviour Merged

During migration from a pool with large number of NearLine drives to a pool with fewer NearLine and SAS, the pool went offline as the migration only targeted migration into the Nearline.

Would make more sense to have the migration into new pools target ALL storage classes for migration and allow easytier to distribute after the move to prevent outages.
When moving from like to like, it doesn't account for newer larger drives at reduced drive counts. Older configuration will likely have larger number of drives at smaller size; moving to fewer larger drives.
There is also a risk moving from a single class pool to a multi-tier pool which can further reduce drive counts/tiers for the specified class you move from.
