Increase number of replication relationships beyond 4 Merged

This is the description per the client. I have submtted and had rejected an RPQ for this capabilitiy.

In our Storwize configuration we have reached the maximum replication partnership limit of four. Two V9000 flash systems & one V7000G2 replicate to a single V7000G2 at our hot-site. We recently became aware of this limitation when we tried to partner another V7000 system to replicate data to the hot-site and it did not work. IBM's official work around is to cluster the two V9000 systems together, thereby reducing the partnership count from two to one for those systems. This however is easier said than done because clustering systems must be empty & also require an investment in SAN switches to convert to a scale out solution that we do not have budget for.
