Automate Global/Metro Mirror Parameters

Including Financial, several other customers are having issues with Global Mirror stopping with 1920 error code due to many different issues in different scenarios. We should automate Global/Metro Mirror configuration based on License Capacity purchased by customer or capacity keyed in and bandwidth available for the customer site. And parameters should tune automatically based on the load being increased on Production sites. If not possible, then there should be some tool which calculates the parameter values based on the inputs supplied to the tool.
