Introduce Support for fully qualified DNS names - IBM Remote Support

We have been trying to implement remote support access for UPS in order to enable remote code loads for their FlashSystem 9200 storage systems. UPS's firewall team has a policy that they will only use fully qualified DNS names in their proxy servers. They will not enter the necessary rules in their proxy servers using the following IBM IP addresses: 129.33.206.139 and 204.146.30.139.

UPS is requesting that IBM provide DNS names that they can use to create the necessary proxy rules to enable IBM remote support.

There is an open PMR covering this: 35662,L6Q,000
