Send data using Call Home cloud service FS9100

The problem is that I cant configure the Send data using Call Home cloud service to use a proxy to send data.
The Flash system is trying to connect directly to 129.42.56.189, 129.42.54.189, and 129.42.60.189 via port 443

We dont have Internet access from the FS9100 that uses our management network.
I have installed the IBM Remote Proxy to get Support Assistance to work but Call home does not use that proxy to send data.
A proxy settings for Call home home cloud service would be a great feature to have.
